Wyld Hour in Cancún turned what could’ve been another predictable company welcome dinner into an experience people didn’t want to leave - a series of high-energy, thoughtfully crafted moments that brought a vibrant company together for their retreat.
We created an environment for natural connection. A DIY Hat Bar overflowing with pins and patches, custom ones too. Branded tie-dye that turned groups into full-on teams. Mini-competitions that kept everyone laughing and on the move. When the sun went down, it shifted into a karaoke + dance party that pulled people out of their shells.
The retreat stepped it up with a game night packed with challenges, trivia, Jeopardy-style battles, and rapid-fire wordplay - plus a custom Polaroid book capturing every win and weird moment. And on the beach, Wyld Games delivered custom stations built so every type of player could shine. High energy and smooth flow created culture-building moments that the team will be talking about long after retreat week.
