the wyld idea:
A full-send Wyld Games afternoon of pure chaos (the good kind).
115 full-remote global team members who wanted real fun, not cheesy team building.
Kicking things off with Team Names and Team Flags is usually a warm-up, but this crew took it personally. The competition started long before it even started.
Crowd favorites stole the show: Human Battleship, with people as ships and reusable water-balloon cannonballs (plus an unplanned water-balloon fight that SOAKED “innocent” colleagues.
And, Tallest Tower, where teams built sky-high structures out of supplies we “just happened” to hand them. Towers that featured questionable engineering, bold decision-making, and a few towers held together entirely by optimism.
DJ-level tracks, playful emcee banter, smooth rotations, and a Polaroid hydration station kept the energy at peak “retreat legend” status.
